Spares Sales Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Spares Sales Administrator within the busy Spares & Service Office.  The main duties of the role are to deal politely and efficiently with customer requests via telephone and email. You must be conscientious, reliable, have a positive attitude and have excellent communication skills. The ability to deal with orders and enquiries on a day-to-day basis in a busy office environment and actively work as part of a team is vital to the role. Previous experience in a Spare Parts Supplier environment and a familiarity with Microsoft Office and Navision would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be given.

Duties include:

  • Accurately generate quotations in response to customer enquiries.
  • Take orders, check stock, quote prices & follow up quotations.
  • Answer telephone enquiries
  • Serve customers on the Trade Counter.
  • Maintaining and updating the ERP system (Navision).
  • Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers and other departments.

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm, 37.5hrs per week office based.

Warehouse Operative

Working in a small team under the guidance of the warehouse manager within the busy warehouse your main duties will include safely and effectively picking, packing and putting away stock, loading and unloading vehicles and storing stock. The environment is very busy so you will be expected to be conscientious and always show diligence with a high degree of attention to health and safety.

General Responsibilities.

· Ensure the best interests of the company are maintained

· To wear appropriate clothing and PPE for the role and ensure H&S procedures are followed strictly

· Work as part of a team to achieve the objectives of the company

· Receive and take instruction from management

· Undertake additional duties within capabilities to meet operational objectives

Experience and Qualifications

· Operating forklift trucks & clamps (not essential as training will be given)

· Use of manual handling equipment such as pallet trucks and sack trucks

· Manual lifting and handling of large objects

· Good literacy

· Basic IT skills
